# Error after installing plugin

 * My website now issues fatal errors and on Loginizer dashboard I get
    “Undefined
   index: SERVER_ADDR in /hermes/bosnaweb04b/b1942/ipg.phoenixconsultantsor/phoenixconsultants.
   org.uk/wp-content/plugins/loginizer/init.php on line 847”

 * In the Plugin settings I get

 * When I access my website on internet I get

 * One error is from loginizer : Undefined index: SERVER_ADDR
 * But the other errors are from another plugin.
 * I am not sure why is your webserver not having $_SERVER[‘SERVER_ADDR’] when it
   is apache. I think you should confirm if its apache or not.
    So that I can make
   a patch accordingly.
