# Error after the redirection

 * Hello,
 * I am dealing with a strange problem. I have the test account from Piraeus Bank.
   I am trying to pay through card in order to perform the 8 tests. When i am trying
   to do so, i am redirected in a page with the following error:
    Η συναλλαγή σας
   δεν μπορεί να εκτελεστεί SUPPORT REFERENCE ID: 64363710
 * In the console i am getting this error:
    GET [https://paycenter.piraeusbank.gr/favicon.ico](https://paycenter.piraeusbank.gr/favicon.ico)
   404 (Not Found)
 * Any thoughts about this?

 * You should check with the bank what is the problem.
    If you are getting a reference
   id means you have performed redirection to the paycenter page but something is
   not set properly with the bank. Either Referrer url or server IP Address. Take
   into consideration that in a shared server the IP address must be the public 
   and not a private IP.
