Can you confirm that you have followed those steps :
- Use the latest software versions : make sure the theme and WordPress are up to date.
- Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
Can you include your system infos in your next reply ? You’ll find them under Dashboard > Themes > About Customizr.
Does the problem still occur when you use another theme, like Twenty Nineteen for example ?

A new release of the plugin will be uploaded in a moment and you’ll be notify to update the plugin in your WP admin.
