    Hi Pat!

Thank you for providing the details about the error you’re encountering after updating WooCommerce. The “ChunkLoadError: Loading chunk 5502 failed” typically indicates that a JavaScript file required for the WooCommerce Admin interface did not load correctly, which can happen due to caching issues or incomplete plugin updates.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:

    • Sometimes stale cached files cause such errors. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the WooCommerce Home page in a private/incognito window.
    • If you use any caching plugins on your site (like WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, or any server-side caching), purge all caches fully.
    • If you use a CDN (Cloudflare, etc.), purge the cache as well to ensure the latest assets load.
    • Sometimes, incomplete updates can cause missing files. Download the latest WooCommerce version from WooCommerce.com or the WordPress repository, then overwrite the plugin files on your server via FTP.
    • To rule out conflicts, try deactivating other plugins and see if the error persists.
    • Temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-One to check if the theme causes any issues.

If you continue to experience this after these steps, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need anything else.

No cache plugin, I cleared browser cache, I tried Storefront theme, I tried to Download the latest WooCommerce version using FTP = no change, same problem.
I also disabled all plugin but WooCommerce, same problem.
