# Error after update – Preloader

 * HI!
    I’ve run Sydney on more than 10 pages. The following problem occurs on all
   sides: After an update from 1.71 to 1.72 or 1.73, the page can no longer be accessed.
   There is a white side and the preloader spins infinitely.I don’t give a link 
   because I have the problem with all pages with Sydney and have set it back to
   1.71. Can you tell me anything about that? Best regards!

 * hey, i have exactly the same problem. would you mind helping me out?
    If i view
   the page on my phone everything works fine but as soon as I try it on my Laptop
   and when trying to edit the page in elementor the preloader spins forever with
   the page blurred behind it.

 * If you’re still getting this issue not resolved, you may want to disable the 
   preloader by installing and enabling [this plugin](https://github.com/kharissulistiyo/disable-sydney-preloader).
