    when I choose one of the checkbox my range slider

   PRO version, but you asked me about support on WordPress.org where it can be 
   provided for free version only.
    Where did you get the PRO version? If you bought
   it, you have to ask about support from the account you purchased the plugin.

 * The problem is related with PRO version only and will be fixed in the next plugin
   update.
