    Hi,

we just get a new error from Loco 2. It says “Error: Ajax controller returned empty JSON” when we hit the Sync-Button.

What can we do? We using the latest version of Loco and WordPress.

We want to download the POT File and the phrases are incomplete.

A pot file is supposed to have no translations. It is a template.

Regarding your sync error – I need something to go on. Please check your logs for errors.

    Hi Tim,

please tell me, how can we log the relevant procedures that you can help us? At the last issue, we can’t see any error in the wordpress logfiles, so how we can do that?

    Hi Tim,
we just set the logging-settings many times and try everything, but there is nothing related to loco in the logfiles. There are some warnings (undefined index etc), but nothing with loco.

    Now, what can we do?

Undefined index notices suggest badly written plugins/theme. I’d disable whatever is raising these notices and see if the problem goes away.

If you can provide exact steps to reproduce the problem I’ll investigate, but I can’t enter into a guessing game without any evidence of what is going wrong.

    Hey Tim,

FYI: Since the last update of loco, it works well again.

We don’t change anything, the problem was loco i think.
