# ERROR Appearance –> Customize or Header

 * Hi, I can edit my WordPress from my dashboard. But when I tried to click Appearance–
   > Customize or Appearance –> Header, this message popped out.
 * Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display
   handlers in Unknown on line 0
 * Some of the features in my theme need to be edited from those page (manage with
   live preview). Please help!

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

 * Wow, yes it turns out one of my plugin is having a problem. Soon after I deactivate
   it, my page is fixed! Thank you very much for your help 🙂
