 * When I try to authorize plugin I get the following error.
 * Invalid Scopes: publish_actions, manage_pages, publish_pages. This message is
   only shown to developers. Users of your app will ignore these permissions if 
   present. Please read the documentation for valid permissions at: [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions)

 * This is a warning, you can ignore it.
 * Facebook wants you to submit your app for review, which is a tedious task. You
   can just skip this warning and start using this plugin, this shouldn’t affect
   your experience.

 * How do you skip it? It’s an error page. If you click okay it takes you to a blank
   page.
