 * My client login form is not working. I get “ERROR: Both fields are empty.” This

 * From your explanation I understand that it used to work before but now it doesn’t.
   What version of WordPress and Profile Builder are you using? Did you change anything
   recently?
 * Did you tried to deactivate all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme?
   Maybe there is a theme/plugin conflict.

 * Ah – thanks for the advice. It turns out there was a conflict with the “Limit
   Login Attempts” plugin.
