# Error: cannot create ZIP archive

 * Hello,
 * I have got an error saying “cannot create a ZIP archive”.
    I was able to take
   a backup successfully with a same setting before, but it stopped working all 
   of sudden. Could anyone help me, please?
 * If it’s possible, I would like to keep “ZIP” form.

   make up some space in my server and try to backup again.
