# Error | Card processor | PayPal

 * Hello I have a problem. When a customer pays with a credit card, the following
   notice is displayed
 * “**Your bank has not been able to verify your MASTER_CARD-XXXX at this time. 
   Try another card**“
 * On the other hand, the payment made with paypal works correctly.
    - **Woocommerce: **7.7.2 (Tested on 7.8.1 and same thing happens)
    - **WooCommerce PayPal Payments**: 2.1.0

   report > Copy for support`

   This problem appears to be more of a PayPal problem than a plugin problem, but
   I hope the support team was able to offer additional guidance.
