    I’m using a multisite installation and I have this error on the main site.
 * “Cheating, are we?
    Sorry, you are not allowed to customise this site.”
 * Can you help me?

   Designer will load for you?

 * I pushed an update a couple days ago which may resolve the issue you’re experiencing.
   Please try updating and let me know if that does the trick for you. I’m keen 
   to figure out what’s going on here. 👍
