# ERROR: [CLIENT API] Array – Took Our Site Down

 * We found an issue with one of our Client’s websites today around 2:15pm with
   the following error showing up in the PHP error logs on our web server[:](https://ibb.co/fz2wz1m5)
   [https://ibb.co/cKQ3Rm9X](https://ibb.co/cKQ3Rm9X)
 * Our site also logged a critical error in the woocommerce status logs that seemed
   to point towards this plugin’s API connection. [https://ibb.co/6chQWDsR](https://ibb.co/6chQWDsR)
 * We found that Cloudflare was down around this time as well and are wondering
   if this is what caused the issues? We’re looking to verify that this was caused
   by Cloudflare and not something local that we need to continue to look into.

 * We believe this kicked off a whole host of issues with the woocommerce square
   plugin trying to resync itself and also logging multiple errors in our PHP logs.
   This in turn caused our client’s site to go down, and also caused our web server’s
   resources to spike heavily.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ferror-client-api-array-took-our-site-down%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi [@wesb2023](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wesb2023/),
 * While it’s technically possible the outage in MLP and your error are related,
   I don’t see this a plausible scenario. Mostly because if one data center is down,
   it would not cause this as Cloudflare immediately transfers traffic to other
   available data centers.
