Display an error message to inform the buyer that the transaction expired, and provide a button to return to PayPal. In this situation, you are effectively restarting the entire checkout process. (Do not reuse the expired token value on SetExpressCheckout request.) However, because you already know the final OrderTotal, be sure to update the value for that element if appropriate. That should only be happening if the cart gets left alone for awhile and the browser session times out.
