 * I just saw this come up again this morning with another ticket – are you able
   to give me any further information about what is happening at the same time –
   do backups stall out completely?

 * As it is possibly related to an issue they thought was fixed already, can you
   verify for me:
 * 1. Are you still having the same problem with the newest version (3.6.1)?
    2.
   Does the backup still run despite the error or not? 3. Are you on a Windows server
   by chance?
