 * Hi I can’t tell you what version of word press I am using as I can not open the
   dashboard of my blog since I updated the word press theme.
 * Can you tell me how to get into my dashboard to try to remove the update?

 * Try switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s
   folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name
   using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever file management
   application your host provides.

 * where do I go to rename my current theme’s folder. In other words how do I get
   inside wp-content/themes to add -old to the end of the folder name.
