# Error code 500

 * I have tried exporting an ATUM report but it just returns a page that says Error
   Code 500. I have had my server guy look into it and he said:
 * He can’t see an issue on the server, so searched online for a resolution, other
   people had experienced this and they suggested increasing the ram limit on the
   site. So we’ve tried that but it didn’t help.
 * Please can you help?

 * Sorry to hear you’ve got issues exporting.
 * From this error it seems a server issue, yes. Can you look into your WC Status
   page and report all the versions of your main plugins, pls?
 * WooCommerce, WP, ATUM and PHP, pls?
 * Anything in your PHP error log?

 * You can go to WooCommerce- Status page.
 * Please, update ATUM to the latest version too.
