 * Dear All,
    I’m running the latest version of WordPress (5.9.3) along with the
   latest version of the Yoast SEO plugin as well (18.5.1, free version) on my website(
   just for the record, active theme is VMagazine Lite Child); just a few days ago
   I was editing pages using the latest version of Elementor and was able to save
   the changes without a problem, however and without apparent reason, from that
   moment on every time I would log into the dashboard I wouldn’t be able to access
   the Pages section any longer if I didn’t deactive the Yoast SEO plugin first.
   I’ve installed the health check & troubleshooting plugin and run all the tests
   as indicated in this forum post ([https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-503-and-508/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-503-and-508/))
   without any success. I would really appreciate if you could help me sort this
   problem out. Thanks in advance and best regards.

 * Hello Nicoq,
 * I am sorry to learn about the 503 error you get when you access your Pages overview
   page. 5xx errors are server errors and server errors are usually described in
   more detail in the server error log. If you have access to your server error
   log, generate the error again, note the date and time, then immediately check
   your server error log for any errors that occurred during that time period. If
   you don’t have access to your server error log, please ask your hosting provider
   to look for you.
 * If you or your web host cannot pinpoint the cause, please provide us with a copy
   of the server error log for further investigation. As server logs can cover a
   large amount of time, please limit the error log to a few minutes before you
   generated the error to a few minutes after the 503 or 508 error.
 * If the server error log does not contain any errors at the time of the issue,
   please enable advanced WordPress debugging with the code here. This code requires
   that you change line 84 to point to a path on your server. Your webhost can provide
   you with a secure path to save the error.log file.
 * Do let us know how it goes.

 * Hi Maybellyne,
 * Thanks a lot for your prompt reply; I’ll provide you with the server log asap
   and will also give the other suggestions a shot and let you know how it goes.
 * Regards, Nico

 * Hi,
 * The errors from the server log (at around the time when you tried to access the
   pages section and got the 503 error) should help pinpoint if there’s a theme
   or plugin conflict.
 * We also recommend performing a conflict check, starting by enabling troubleshooting
   mode in the Health Check plugin and starting with a default WP theme and only
   Yoast SEO as the plugin, and to then enable your preferred theme and plugins,
   one by one, until you are able to reproduce the issue and identify the conflict–

 * I had the same problem trying to modify a custom template with Elementor, which
   worked until a few days ago.
    I think the problem started after an update of
   Elementor. I solved this problem by exporting the model and re-importing it and
   deleting the broken one. I do not know why this happened, but clearly there is
   something that is not working properly.

 * Michael: thanks for your valuable insights! I’m pretty sure I’ve performed all
   of the checks you mention but I’ll revisit the whole process in hopes of spotting
   something I might have missed.
 * mulkitpin: dope! that might as well be the solution to the whole problem: a conflict
   due to a somewhat bad interaction with regards to how the latest version of Elementor
   handles Yoast SEO integration when modifying pages/templates.
 * I’ll let you guys know how it goes and once again thanks a bunch in advance for
   all your help in helping me sort this thing out!!!
