# Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

 * I was working on my site today and at around 1:30PM (pst) i went to update a 
   post and got this message:
 * No data received
 * Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
    Reload this webpage.
   Press the reload button to resubmit the data needed to load the page. Error code:
   ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
 * However, it won’t reload when i click reload. Every now and then, if i clear 
   my browser history, or quit my browser and start it over again, the site/admin
   section will load, but if i try and save anything, it goes right back to giving
   me the above error message and i cannot save. I didn’t do anything different 
   today and am not very technically knowledgeable. Does anyone have any idea what
   might have happened and how i can fix it? I greatly appreciate it the support.

 * Yes i am on GoDaddy, but i called them and they said that everything was working
   fine on their end. But it isn’t just that i can’t save anything. I can’t even
   visit the front end of the site (golfersinsider.com) it just gives me that error
   message. And 99% of the time since this problem occurred i can’t login to the
   backend, it just goes straight to the error message. I went through the forums,
   but none of them made sense to me, and the ones that did haven’t worked. Any 
   thoughts?

 * Just read it. So GoDaddy is the problem and i need to contact them to try and
   get my IP whitelisted? Is that what i should have took away from that post? Again,
   not very tech savvy.

 * Can you also please post on the GoDaddy forums? I am having the same issue and
   have not seen a real resolution to this problem yet. It would help if they become
   more aware of the problem.

 * The cause of this appears to be a new server rule being applied by GoDaddy. See

 * I suggest you contact GoDaddy and ask them about it.
