    Follow these
   steps to set up Watson Assistant plugin into WordPress:
    - Go to your [IBM Cloud Dashboard](https://console.bluemix.net/dashboard/apps)
    - Click on your Watson Assistant service name in Services list
    - Click “Launch tool”
    - On the tool’s page go to “Assistants” tab
    - On the Assistants tab, call the menu of your Assistant by clicking on the “
      threee dots” button on the right and select “Settings” in the menu ([sample screenshot](https://pasteboard.co/IvHLErd.png))
    - On the Assistant Settings tab, select “API Details” from the menu on the left
    - Copy “Assistant URL” and “Api Key” values ([sample screenshot](https://pasteboard.co/IvHM0Z3.png))
 * Please fill in the Assistant URL field with the “Assistant URL” value, the Username
   field with the word “apikey” and the Password field with the value “Api Key”.

 * Good afternoon, it worked, I followed your recommendations and it worked, thank
   you very much. But now I have a problem that I think is configuration, because
   only people registered on the site appears Chat, unregistered visitors it does
   not appear. Can you tell me where I set this please? Thanks

    To solve
   your problem we need extended information about your plugin installation. To 
   get the file with the extended information, follow these steps:
    - Go to your WordPress Dahsboard ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/ReuN5rZ.png))
    - Go to “Watson Assistant” > “Set Up Chatbot” in the left menu ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/zFebbQi.png))
    - On the “Set Up Your Chatbot” page go to “Having Issues?” tab ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/YarnnMD.png))
    - On the “Having Issues?” tab, download full log file with extended information
      by following the link ([sample screenshot](https://i.imgur.com/ZRDa4tr.png)).
      Don’t publish it openly on sites like WordPress Forums as it may contain sensitive
      information.
    - Send email with description of your issue and attached file to [help@intela.io](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-conection/help@intela.io?output_format=md)
