 * Also, try adding the port to the database host configuration. For my install 
   of WAMP, MySQL uses port 3308. When I changed the database host setting to read“
   localhost:3308” on the setup page, it worked and brought me to the ‘five minute
   install’ page (having erred on the previous 87 configuration attempts).
