Error connecting to Db

    Hello,

    i’m trying to connect to an external db ( mariadb ) but i get errors connecting ( 2002)

    if i try to connect via commandline form the machine it works without problem.

    on wpdata when i hit test i get : 

    Preparing connection...
Establishing connection...

ERROR 2002 - Permission denied

Connection failed!

    No ssl active, i’m not sure how i get this fixed
