 * Hello,
 * I am hosting this site using server as Digital Ocean. I have been away from my
   site for awhile
 * and it is using 73% memory. I cannot access it . However, the database is running
   ok.
 * I have checked my MySQL client login credentials and they are still intact.
 * Because I cannot log in to my site I have also attempted to install wp-cli and
   have done so however I
 * cannot remember the password for a username.
 * I am using Ubuntu Linux terminal to ssh in to my site on my home computer to 
   administer
 * my self hosted website from the command line.

 * The message is pretty clear: the database connection could not be established.
   There can be 2 reasons for this:
    - The database access data (which is stored in the wp-config.php file) is no
      longer correct. In this case, you would have to contact your hoster’s support
      and request new access data and enter this in wp-config.php.
    - The database itself is not accessible. Only your hoster’s support can help
      you with this, as it is their services that are affected.
