 * My website often fails to convert images to webp format.
 * I am using Imagify premium plan, my website has a lot of images, almost overall
   more than 10000 images, each post takes about 30-40 images.

 * Hi [@idalatvn](https://wordpress.org/support/users/idalatvn/)
 * If you check these images in Media Library, are they optimized? If not, you should
   optimize them. I guess it is already done, so probably there was a problem with
   generating WebP for these specific thumbnail sizes.
 * If you go to Imagify settings page, can you see “Generate missing WebP” images
   section? Can you run the process and let me know if that generated these images?
 * I can see most of the images are properly displayed, so can you send me a link
   to the post related to the screenshot?
 * Thanks!
    Marko

 * When my website first loads the page, it doesn’t automatically convert the image
   to webp format. But when the page was refreshed, it converted to webp format.
 * It could be due to the application not working properly or the file error on
   the host. Because my account has a lot of space left to do the image optimization.

 * Hi [@idalatvn](https://wordpress.org/support/users/idalatvn/)
 * Do you use LiteSpeed cache or any other caching layer except WP Rocket? I can’t
   see it, but it could be causing this kind of issues.
 * I still see WebP format for your images. If you clear all caches and check again,
   does it show original format or WebP?
 * Best Regards
    Marko
