 * Hi, I’m working on a new website and just installed the Cleantalk plugin. I have
   the Hosting plan.
    After installing, I get this error: “2021-01-11 13:03:30: 
   Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: COULD_DECODE_MULTIFILE”
   What does this mean? Thank you!

 * Please, do the following:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by
   CleanTalk —> press the button “Synchronize with Cloud”

 * Dear Serge,
 * I do not use multisite, but I have several small websites on the same IP. Hence
   the hosting account. This is the first one to produce an error.
