# Error create Ticket

 * Hello, when anonymous user tries to create Ticket it shows an error [object Object],
   it creates the user but does not create the Ticket.
 * Another problem that on the front in Image Upload it shows the field, but does
   not show the option for the person to send the attached files.

    The small pop up window shows Edisonlightglobes.

 * Ah this one looks to be a reCaptcha clash.
    We have reCaptcha Pro for the main
   page forms so I turned off reCaptcha in settings for the plugin.
