When it didn’t automatically create one, I tried to create a new thumbnail from the manage galleries page and I got a message saying “ID 18: A failure occurred. Error creating thumbnail.” I have tried to rebuild multiple times but the error keeps happening. Are they displayed as broken thumbnails or not displaying at all. Honestly, I really appreciate how helpful and generous with your time you have been, but I gave up with this plugin. It just seemed like one thing after another.
