 * Hello there,
 * Just want to ask a question regarding
    Error: cURL error 28: Connection timed
   out after 10001 milliseconds (http_request_failed)
 * error message occurred after I installed your plugin and removed it. To be honest,
   I can’t be 100% sure if this was caused by LiteSpeed Cache. But so far, I was
   using the same set of plugins and wanted to try different caching plugins (I 
   normally use Cache Enabler). So I picked up yours as I noticed excellent reviews.
   Then I deactivated and removed to go back to my previous caching plugin.
 * Are there any known problems regarding a left-over code or injection in any config
   file?

 * I don’t think if there is any left-over , only few rows in database to keep the
   configuration
 * this error is typically as firewall blockage , you could check on that part
