 * Hi, after debug my wordpress blog it show many error database like :
 * Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_unicode_ci,
   COERCIBLE) for operation ‘=’ SELECT redirect FROM wp_404_to_301 WHERE url = ‘/
   category/أف??ا??-أج??ب??ة/page/10/’ AND redirect IS NOT NULL LIMIT 0,1 القادم
   من require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), require_once(‘wp-includes/template-loader.php’),
   do_action(‘template_redirect’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, _404_To_301_Public-

 * Ok. I haven’t tested this plugin with other languages. This might be string escaping
   issue. I will check and update you.
