 * You may have a database corruption issue.
 * Access your database via PHPMYADMIN (it should be on your host’s control panel)
   and see if you’re able to [repair](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_you_repair_a_MySQL_database_table.3F)
   that table.

 * Go to PHPMyAdmin and then select all the tables, select Optimize and then when
   finished go back and click on Repair tables it will solve the issue
