 * It seems you have created the same topic couple of weeks ago.
 * Please answer the following questions that were asked earlier as well so we can
   help you out to get this fixed.
 * 1. Do you see any [browser console errors](https://imgur.com/KyLAzgH.png) where
   that message displays?
 * 2. The REST API is used to communicate with the Site Kit service. When you go
   to Tools -> Site Health, does it say the [REST API is available](https://jumpshare.com/v/R32a8GGpH50YokQlfOuC)?
 * 3. Could you confirm the [URLs in the WordPress settings](https://imgur.com/MkFLF0E)?
