 * I am receiving this error any time I click “Create a free account” button to 
   register for API. Error: Decrypting request data failed. Please try again later.

 * I think this problem is not resolved. Everytime when I enter my mailaddress I
   recieve the following message: “Decrypting request data failed. Please try again
   later.”
