# ERROR: Doesn't contain a valid theme header

 * I tried to install the BeOnePage Pro theme but I got this message:
 * Unpacking the package…
 * Installing the theme…
 * The package could not be installed. The style.css stylesheet doesn’t contain 
   a valid theme header.
 * Theme install failed.
 * I tried to install the files manually via FTP but I still get the same message.
   Can anyone help me fix this please?

 * Have you tried to contact the developers? If you’ve purchased the theme, you 
   should be able to get support from them.

 * No, I haven’t heard from them yet. I just noticed that my previous attempts of
   uploading the theme ended up in my ‘media’ tab. Is that supposed to happen?

 * No, that isn’t supposed to happen. You should upload the theme in your WordPress
   dashboard under **Appearance => Themes => Add New** and then install and activate
   the theme accordingly.

 * I did that already and I still get the same message.
    I think it is something
   within the css file that will not let me upload the theme. Do you see anything
   wrong with it?

 * The stylesheet seems to be fine. But as mentioned, there is not much we can do
   here. You should contact the theme developers and get the support you’ve paid
   for.
