 * My scheduled back-up worked fine, but when I’m trying to do a manual it doesn’t.
   It’s looking for something in the wponlinebackup folder that it doesn’t find.
 * /wponlinebackup/tmp/full/gzipbuffer.php
 * There is no tmp folder, I checked with my ftp client. I try to exclude the folder
   but I still get the same error. What do do?

 * Hi mrsbeata,
 * I’ll check but you should usually get an error if the tmp folder does not exist.
 * You should login and create the tmp folder and also the full folder. So create:
   wponlinebackup/tmp/full/
 * Then the backup should work.
