I create a form and submitted a filled form. When I tried submitting another form I go “Error: Duplicate post title. I ask because there is a setting that disables the unique-post-title check, it’s called “Unique Titles”. I am still getting the error. I tried it on another site [https://www.ibrahimbaba.org/clothes-project/clothes-project-form/](https://www.ibrahimbaba.org/clothes-project/clothes-project-form/) and this time it worked with exactly the same settings. I don’t know why. The only difference is that for the first site I did a test before I clicked the “ unique” checkbox. * PS is there a way to uploaded image instead of the thumbnail of the image? So for any site where it is not working, the only real way of finding the issue is to do some basic troubleshooting of your plugins and theme.
