# Error During Bulk Opt.

 * I’m excited to have found this plugin, but I’m finding the bulk optimization 
   process frustrating. I tried to set it to work overnight, only to find that it
   stalled after only a few compressions. The message says: Internal error Gateway
   Timeout. It happens far more often on files that are still titled what the camera
   titled them DSC_xxx I have tried it in Chrome and Firefox and I have the latest
   version of everything installed.

 * Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues. This error can be caused by temporary
   issues at our servers. Usually this is a transient error that only happens occasionally.
   If it happens for every image or consistently , then it would help if you could
   send us a screenshot of the list view of your media library (to [support@tinypng.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-during-bulk-opt/support@tinypng.com?output_format=md)).
 * We will be working hard during the next months to make some changes on our infrastructure
   that should hopefully reduce the number of errors that you get during compression.
