# Error during import

 * Hello,
 * I want to import the sample data out of “wp-content/plugins/sensei-lms/sample-
   data”. But I get an error if I choose one of the CVS-files:
 * `<p>Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website.</p><p><a href="https://
   wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/">Erfahre mehr über die 
   Fehlerbehebung in WordPress.</a></p>`
 * WP Debug is enabled but I don’t see any debug messages regarding this. Is import
   not supported.
 * I see that the export doesn’t work at all. If I choose courses and lessons to
   export it starts with the progress bar without any progress. After some time 
   i see only the 1st screen, where I can choose which types (lesson, courses…) 
   I want to export.
 * For me it seems that Sensei isn’t for productive usage, because the first things
   I am trying out doesn’t work as expected.

 * The critical error message you posted often indicates something failing on our
   server.
 * My initial suspicion is that the PHP memory limit on your server was reached.
   Please try increasing that by setting the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT constant in the wp-
   config.php file to a higher value, like 1024M.

   for more information on that.
 * If the memory is not a problem, next I would check server logs (you may need 
   to contact your host for these) around the time the error is generated to see
   if there’s any clue there.
