# Error during WP update?

 * Hello there,
 * Something got messed up with one of my sites during a WP update. The error I 
   am getting is:
 * **Fatal error: Class ‘WP_List_Table’ not found in mysite/wp-admin/includes/list-
   table.php on line 76**
 * (I replaced my site name with ‘mysite’)
 * Is there anything I can do to fix this? I can log in to wp-admin

 * Your upgrade did not complete successfully.
 * Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder
   in wp-content/themes using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever
   file management application your host provides. You may need to try logging into
   your site to get this to kick in fully.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * – re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the wp-content folder – from 
   a **fresh** download of WordPress.
 * – re-running the upgrade manually using wp-admin/upgrade.php.

 * Thanks! I re-uploaded using ftp, but left the wp-content intact, and it worked.
   Resolved.
