This issue is completely not common and shouldn’t be related to widgets. Can you make some video how do you save your settings? Probably there is some error which tells you why settings can’t be saved?

I see that you have some JS error on your site, because settings page presented as one long page and it should be in tabs.
Be sure you are using latest WP-Property and Avalon versions.
Disable ALL third-party plugins and check again. We can’t replicate such issue on our fresh installs with WP-Property plugin.
Licenses no how influence on plugins, themes behavior, they are just for future updates.
