 * I’d like to resurrect my below post… It’s still not resolved and is now preventing
   me from going live with my site.

 * Can you please check error.log file of your server and see if you have any errors
   there.
    You can usually access this file via your Cpanel, alternatively, contact
   your hosting provider for assistance.

 * As far as I can find anywhere, there’re no errors.
 * Is there any way to enable this manually or via the DB?
