• Under Ultimate Member > Settings > Email, the “Account Needs Review Notification” is disabled.

I can open the settings and tick the enable box, but after clicking “Save” it just lands on the WordPress page not found link and doesn’t actually save the setting.

Is there any way around this or way to enable this via the backend?

    Hi @rmarlow,

Please use a child theme. This issue can be caused by the insufficient permissions, thus Ultimate member can’t save email settings to your theme’s folder /ultimatemember directory.
Do you use any security plugin?
Try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if it helps.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi @ultimatemembersupport,

I’ve swapped to a child theme without any success.

I have no security plugins installed.

I’ve done a conflict test – disabled all my plugins other than UltimateMember, and have swapped to the Twenty Fourteen and Fifteen but the issue persists – Page not found.

    Thanks,
    Ross
