Error establishing a database connection

when i click get images, Im just seeing the circle going round and round. I got this message after a period of time. it had worked for me many times before, but not the last few times iv tried to use it, its not pulling up images. the individual links to the images sites do work. One click photo uploads from Unsplash, Openverse, Pixabay and Pexels. but if Instant images does not pull up, just the circle going round and round. has there be something going on with your server? Do you have any suggestions? I am currently using the free version, and this issue hasnt been an issue in the past,but it started some days ago that i would not Get Images automatically when i click get images or when i am in a post and click set featured image.

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or that contact with the database server at localhost could not be established. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure the database server is running?

If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress support forums.
