Error establishing a database connection

    Error establishing a database connection. Added the db in myphpadmin (MAMP localhost). I also configured the db in wp-config.php with no luck. Can anyone please help? Thank you!

    You have not mentioned a MySQL database User and Password. Those get made along with the database and get assigned to that database, then also get added into wp-config.php along with whatever table_prefix you wish to use.
