# Error fancybox is not a function

 * Hi, Thanks for this great plug!
    I use WP multisite, the plug is install correct
   but the popup box never appears. I have this error in the console in this URL:

 * Sorry for late answer. I think error about “fancybox” is caused by some other
   script in your site and not by our plugin. If I’m looking at your page today,
   it shows several errors in console (also about fancybox).
 * About popup box not appearing: you have chosen “Click on Element” as triggering
   action, and leaved the “Element” field empty. You need either fill “Element” 
   field (jQuery selectors will work here) or then you should use some other triggering
   action, “Scroll and/or Time delay” for example.

 * I think that only problem why box is not showing is about triggering action. 
   Those javascript errors do not bother. If I went to your site and initiated manually
   scrollbox showing: it can be done by entering into javascript console `$DGD.showBox(
   $DGD.scrollboxes[0]);`
    Then it showed up like it should.
