# Error – “Feature Disabled”

 * Sometimes, whenever I open any of the pages of my WordPress 2.1.2 blog, I get
   an error with a WordPress logo followed by a text saying “Feature Disabled”.
 * Here is the screenshot of the error: [Click to view image](http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/4030/errorzu9.jpg)
 * The page opens properly when I reload it.
 * Somebody, Please Help!

 * That message gets displayed if it cannot get the option_value of **user_linksupdate**
   from the [wp_options table](http://codex.wordpress.org/Database_Description).
 * That particular option_value is updated via [Administration](http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels)
   > [Options](http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels#Miscellaneous) >
   [Miscellaneous](http://codex.wordpress.org/Miscellaneous_Options_SubPanel) and
   the checkbox for **Track Links’ Update Times**.
 * It could simply suggest a fleeting problem, at that point in time, with your 
   MySQL server, espcecially if you look in your wp_options table and see that value
   there.

 * I think it was a problem with a plugin called Kramer…
    I disabled it and didn’t
   get any problem recently…
