# Error fetching list

 * The MetaSlider plugin does not allow me to view slideshows created, nor does 
   it allow me to create new slideshows. Gives me the message: Error fetching list
   of slideshows: The cookie token is faulty. The website has slideshows that are
   made,
    still active and showing up well and they are fine. I use the WordPress

   I urgently needed help and advice. Thank you

 * Hello. From another browser (say – Chrome) is fine. Everything works fine. I 
   use Firefox.

 * The error comes from WordPress, not us specifically. Does it work in Chrome with
   an Incognito window? Maybe you just need to delete all your cookies?

 * Yes, it helped clear the cache in Firefox. Lately I have to delete cache in firfox
   very often ?! Thanks and goodbye.

 * Hi,
 * I’m not sure. This isn’t an issue with MetaSlider specifically but something 
   else on your site. MetaSlider will only require the proper permissions before
   allowing the user to edit.
 * You will have to find and fix the main issue.
 * I’mm mark this as resolved, but feel free to reply. Let me know if you have any
   more questions.
