 * I can’t manage my website dimas.cat/blog from wordpress.com. When I go to [https://wordpress.com/plugins/www.dimas.cat](https://wordpress.com/plugins/www.dimas.cat)::
   blog an icon error appears and I can’t do nothing: I can’t see plugins (error
   fetching plugins message appears), etc… I can only view the stats.

 * Your site doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment.
   Could you try the following:
 * 1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top
   of the page. 3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is
   currently connected to WordPress.com. 4) Confirm the disconnection. 5) Click
   on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.
 * If that doesn’t help, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us
   some more information about your site?
 * 1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing
   at the bottom of the page. 3) Click the link that says “click here to contact
   Jetpack support.” 4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
   5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
 * Thanks!

 * When I click “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” nothing happens. At the console
   in Firefox I can see “TypeError: data.masterUser.masterUser is undefined” when
   I load the “[http://www.dimas.cat/blog/wp-admin/admin.php?page=my_jetpack&#8221](http://www.dimas.cat/blog/wp-admin/admin.php?page=my_jetpack&#8221);
 * I tried in too in a clean Chrome installation and the link to disconnect does
   nothing too. When I load the page I see this error in the console: “Uncaught
   TypeError: Cannot read property ‘data’ of undefined”
 * I’ve the last version of Jetpack
