# Error for API keys

 * Please help. I want to use this plugin but I am getting ERRORS when validating
   the API. I know the keys are generated correctly but always the same annoying
   error.
 * API Key: XXX
    API Secret: YYY
 * I am getting this error message:
    The Token’s Signature resulted invalid when
   verified using the Algorithm: HmacSHA256

 * This is no help at all. You sent me a link to people having the same issue but
   I need a solution.

 * A solution is posted on the thread.
 * – Deactivate and activate JWT token
    – Re-generate the secret token – And add
   those keys to settings page – Waited for 2-3 minutes.
 * Basically – please try regenerating your API Keys from Zoom.
