# Error “Forbidden” while saving Settings

 * Hi,
 * I just downloaded and installed Event Manager plugin in some test WP site to 
   evaluate it. While looking at the settings of the plugin, I have a 403 error 
   whenever I make a change and save any setting.
 * Actual message shown:
 * Forbidden
 * You don’t have permission to access this resource.
 * Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.
 * How can I fix this?

 * Additional information: I double-checked the permissions on the server. All files
   have permission 644 (rw-r–r–) and all directories have 755 (r-wr-xr-x), which
   looks OK to me. So, what is the problem?

 * I would ask the hosting company to check since they have access to the error 
   logs and might be able to figure out the cause of the error (maybe a firewall
   rule).
